Great blend! For me, the Jimmy Red was very much in the flavor. The Blue was very smooth, and nicely balanced the final product. The blend mashed in very well. Mash was a beautiful clear red, with small puddles of oil. I’m letting a quart sit with #3 char, and leaving the rest unproofed. Will proof down the entire run later.
