I have this box/ element. The construction, & quality are top notch. I’ve had it for almost a year now, & only recently encountered my first issue(most likely due to handling). I was in the middle of a run, & I stopped getting an amp reading/heat. I messaged Phil with my issue…this man called me personally(well after midnight) to provide troubleshooting options & explanations with each one. 5 stars all across the board. In my case it was a simple loose connection due to handling & me moving it(I dont always run at my house). After taking Phil’s advice it works perfectly fine. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!
