Add adjustable pressure relief protection to your still, tank, or vessel with this Tri-Clamp Ferrule Mount Adjustable Pressure Relief Valve.

Unlike an inline pressure relief valve, this model is built directly onto a Tri-Clamp cap, allowing it to be installed on an available ferrule using a standard Tri-Clamp and gasket. This creates a simple, removable setup without requiring the valve to be installed in the piping.

The valve features an adjustable 0–100 PSI range, allowing you to select a relief setting appropriate for your particular application.

Choose the cap size that matches your equipment:

• 1.5″ Tri-Clamp Ferrule
• 2″ Tri-Clamp Ferrule
• 2.5″ Tri-Clamp Ferrule

This setup is especially useful for distillation equipment, steam systems, tanks, process vessels, and other applications where pressure relief is needed.

For distillation equipment, always use a relief setting appropriate for the construction and pressure rating of your particular system. Never exceed the safe working pressure of the vessel or any component in the system. This valve should be considered supplemental pressure protection and should not replace other required safety devices or operating practices.
