Eliminate Scorching and Never Strain Mash Again!
If you’ve ever ruined a batch of grain-in mash or spent backbreaking hours straining thick fruit slop just to protect your heating elements, this Copper Steam Injection Transfer Pipe is the ultimate game-changer for your dual-keg setup.
Designed to seamlessly link two standard kegs together, this custom-crafted copper transfer arm injects hot steam straight into the bed of your secondary mash keg. By boiling pure water in your primary (element-heated) keg, the steam travels through the copper arm, enters the bottom ferrule of your second keg, and rapidly brings your mash up to temperature.
How It Works:
-
Primary Keg (Boiler): Fill your first keg with water and heat it using your internal heating element or burner.
-
Transfer Arm: Connect the top ferrule of your boiler keg to the lower side ferrule of your secondary mash keg using this copper injection pipe.
-
Secondary Keg (Mash): Fill the second keg with unfiltered mash, grains, seeds, or fruit pulp, and attach your column/condenser to the top.
-
Distill: Pure steam injects directly into the bottom of the mash, boiling off the alcohols cleanly without the mash ever coming into contact with a direct heat source.
Key Features & Benefits:
-
Run “On The Grain”: Retain maximum grain flavor and complexity by distilling directly on the grains, pomace, or heavy mash solids.
-
100% Scorching Prevention: Your electric element stays clean in pure water. No burnt flavors, no baked-on gunk to scrub off, and no blown elements.
-
Heavy-Duty Copper Construction: Helps naturally neutralize unwanted sulfur compounds during the steam transfer process for a smoother end product.
-
Leak-Free Tri-Clamp Connection: Pre-fitted with durable sanitary ferrules on both ends for fast setup, rock-solid seal, and easy teardown/cleaning.
-
Effortless Modular Setup: Turns two common kegs into a professional-style steam-jacketed/injected distillation rig at a fraction of the cost.
