The Ultimate 4-Plate Glass Column

The heart of this rig is the 2″ diameter glass column housing four individual bubble plates. This design allows you to watch the distillation process in real-time as the vapor stacks and refluxes on each plate. This system is equivalent to distilling your spirit four times over in a single run, delivering incredible purity and high ABV without losing the soul of your mash.

Precision Temperature & Reflux Control

Above the column sits a high-performance dephlegmator, giving you total control over your reflux ratio. Dial in exactly how much vapor returns to the plates and how much moves forward. We’ve included a top-mounted precision thermometer so you can monitor your head temperatures with surgical accuracy, ensuring you catch your cuts perfectly every time.

High-Efficiency Cooling & Integrated Parrot

The vapor then travels through the 180-degree crossover into a multi-tube condenser. This  utilizes multiple internal cooling tubes for maximum surface area, knocking down vapor instantly with minimal water usage.

To top it off, we’ve integrated a stainless steel parrot directly to the condenser outlet. This allows for “real-time” proofing—simply drop in your hydrometer and watch your ABV levels as they flow, no sampling required.
